Maintenance Free
Manufactured in grade 304 stainless steel, Diesel Guard products are maintenance free. Just fit and forget.
Quick and Easy Fitting
Fitting is quick and easy – specially designed screws, with snap-off heads on the unit’s inlet ensure that it cannot be removed. A stainless steel grid in the neck of the unit keeps hoses out and diesel in.
High Volume Pumping
The unique design of the grid together with filler neck extension and air pressure vents allow for high volume pumping.
Non-removable Long Range Tank Hose
The Diesel Guard long range connecting hose has a reinforced wire inner and is secured with a specially designed Banjo bolt which requires a custom-made spanner. With the spanner kept in a safe place, the hose cannot be removed.
A non-removable tank plug is available and also fitted with the same Banjo bolt spanner.
Eliminate Long Range Manual Discharge
Another unique Diesel Guard innovation is the automatically controlled discharge unit for long range tanks which eliminates the need for manual discharge. Diesel is demand fed automatically whilst on the move, saving time and money. It also prevents accidental flooding of the main tank. Diesel Guard products are a truly South African innovation and manufactured in KwaZulu Natal.
